When do we need detailed information about the circumstances you’re experiencing an issue

  • re-addressing a rendering bug that was recently fixed
  • the support team was unable to reproduce the reported issue
  • the issue is reported to be hardly reproducible

The information that we may additionally request to investigate an issue

  • Browser & OS with version. You can get that information by entering the following urls to your browser
    • Google Chrome: chrome://version
    • Microsoft Edge: edge://version
    • Mozilla Firefox: about:support
  • Network (type, country, provider)
  • User device (model, year of manufacture)
  • Use case (step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the issue)
  • If the circumstances in some way unusually, then also everything that might help
