Shift4Shop Price Lists

When updating price lists (updating prices, adding products to the list), you need to make a new export of price lists

  • Go to the “Modules” → Find the “Price Lists” module → Click “Settings”

  • Click “Export / Import”

  • Click “Export Data”

  • Download the export

  • Click “File” → “Import”

  • Click “Upload” and upload the exported file

  • Select “Replace current sheet” and click “Import data”

When assigning a price list to a customer, you need to add the price list name in the customer Additional Field 1

  • Go to the customer with a price list → click “Price Lists” → copy price list name

  • Go to the Information tab

  • Scroll to “Other Information” and add to the Additional Field 1 input price list name in the following format:

    price_list: price_list_name;

    where price_list_name is the price list name copied in step 1

  • If there are multiple price lists, use a comma to separate them: price_list: C&G Ford, Dr. Diff;
